What visitors have to say…

  1. Just wondering if it’s necessary to book a site before arrival?

    1. Friends of the Heysen Trail

There is no on-site bookings, you need to book online before you arrive. There are not marked campsites, just an area of many campsites so you choose your site when you arrive.

  2. Friends of the Heysen Trail

The answer from the website for this conservation park is no.

“Wood fires and solid fuel fires are prohibited throughout the year.
Gas fires are permitted other than on days of total fire ban.”

  3. Another great campsite with a few hidden gems! Had our tents set up before realising there was the great hut on the other side of the park! Water available as of September 2014
