Walk Planning Meeting & Volunteers ‘Thank You Feed’

What to expect

This is an ‘invitation only’ event for Walk Leaders and our many Volunteers.

1. The Walk Leader’s Planning meeting is to prepare the Walk Programme for 2022 Walk Season.
Walk leaders are invited to come along to share their plans for the walks they want to lead next year.

2. The Annual Volunteers Thank You get together.
This is the evening that the Friend’s Council and Committee Chairs recognise your fantastic contribution to the Heysen Trail and the Friends activities.

Walk Leaders and Volunteers will  receive an invite with a booking link from the Chairs of the Committees that they contribute to.

Cost

A Covid friendly meal will be provided from 7.00PM for all volunteers.
Please add dietary requirements in the comments box eg Vegan, GL etc

Memberships, walk and event registrations and Golden Boots passes are tickets. If you purchase a Golden Boots pass details of your pass purchase will be recorded. If the Golden Boots pass has expired when you register for walk events, you will be prompted to purchase another pass.
