DESCRIPTION:End to End Training\n\nStarting at Brock Reserve we will make our way through Dashwood Gully Reserve\, Mt Osmond Reserve\,  Themeda Reserve via zigzag returning to Brock Reserve\n\nThis walk will include ascents and descents\n\nApprox 15 km Completing around 11.30 -12md\n\n \n\nBIOSECURITY MEASURES – Please ensure you thoroughly clean your footwear\, clothing\, walking poles and other equipment before and after each walk to remove all seeds\, dirt and other debris. Removed seeds should be bagged and disposed in a ‘to landfill’ garbage bin.

DESCRIPTION:A pleasant walk following the Heysen Trail from Bridgewater\, through Mt George CP \, Mt Lofty Golf Course \, Woodhouse Activity Centre.Finally entering the Mt Lofty Botanic Gdns to enjoy the Autumn Colours in all their glory .A lot of flat walking with a few undulations here and there. Returning back to Bridgewater along the same trail.\n\n13-14 kms  4 – 4:5  hrs  – 8:30 am start.\n\nBIOSECURITY MEASURES – Please ensure you thoroughly clean your footwear\, clothing\, walking poles and other equipment before and after each walk to remove all seeds\, dirt and other debris.
